Today there are a number of bloggers promoting this as a day for delurking, which means, letting us know you are reading. I don't agree with the name, as I think it connotes a certain sneakiness. I love having people read my blogs and I hope that by returning it means you like what you are finding. So, if you feel like it, leave a comment today. Don't think of it as delurking, think of it as letting me know I'm not alone in the room.

I have to say I agree with you, de-lurking... it sounds like you've been stalking someone and hiding in the shadows... and are jumping out and happily admitting it, or something.
I've been attempting to read every post out of Google Reader... and comment every time. Boy, is it adding to the amount of time I'm using blog reading!!!

I love the word "lurk"- it's so furtive-sounding! And mostly, that's what I do with the blogs I read. But your writings are most certainly appreciated! As a 30-something who is currently having the great "should-I/shouldn't I" debate with herself regarding having kids, I adore reading mom-blogs. And there's something about yours that keeps me coming back for more. So I'll be out there, lurking away, for a long time!
